This Online Appointment Request tool is free and enables you to request an appointment with many Sutter doctors. Look for the red icon pictured here.

Follow these steps to get started:

1. Search for the ideal doctor for you based on criteria like specialty, location, gender, languages spoken and more.


2. Once you have found the doctor for you, be sure to check his or her profile for the list of health plans he or she accepts. This will help ensure your health plan gives you access to this Sutter doctor. Before visiting a doctor for the first time, it's always a good idea to check with your health plan.


3. Click on the Request an Appointment button available on your selected doctor’s profile and complete the secure online form. This process should only take a few minutes!

Once you have submitted your request, your information will be securely transmitted to a customer service representative who will work with the doctor’s office. Our customer service staff will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your appointment, or to work with you on further details. If you have submitted your request on a holiday or Friday afternoon through Sunday, we will respond to you within 48 hours of the next business day.

Sutter Health’s Online Appointment Request service is available 24 hours a day and makes it easy to request an appointment online.
